What Study Desk provides
- Course and module organization based on the student’s own learning-management-system data.
- Lecture transcripts, source-grounded study notes, and course-resource retrieval.
- Assignment, due-date, and live-class planning.
- Optional SMS reminders selected and enabled by the user.
Optional educational reminders
Users may choose recurring text reminders for classes, Zoom meetings, assignments, and due dates. SMS consent is separate, optional, and not required to use Study Desk. Users choose their reminder categories and can disable SMS delivery at any time.

Local-first design
The current application runs on the user’s computer. Course data, notification preferences, and consent records remain locally stored unless an enabled service must process specific information to provide a requested feature.
